Got upgraded to a really nice twin room on one of the higher floors. 🌟

The stuff are attentive and reasonably good, offer outstanding services. The hotel provides enjoyable breakfast with old tortillas and also quesadillas;)))

the hotel was in a great and incredible location next to the beach and tables and the restaurants. furthermore, to “ downtown ”. booked a room in the upper floors. it was very handy to have a microwave oven and a refrigerator.

Didn't like the area, it was a bit disappointing.

The garden views were amazing and the breakfasts were really delicious, especially the quesadillas and pink rice. 🌴 the hotel's location was perfect, it was close to the seaside in the Progreso area, right by the beach.

We recently stayed at a hotel in San Benito and enjoyed the location and beach views offered by the establishment. The hotel is quite close to the beach. It was also an excellent value for the price. The hotel's staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Sometimes, the hotel had a decent selection of foods.

The staff was unprofessional, and we had to wait for an extended period for service sometimes. The alcohol offered by the hotel was quite horrible.

The hotel's all-inclusive package offered great value for money, including transportation, lunch, and drinks. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our drinks never ran out, just like the reviewer mentioned. The location was ideal, with easy access to downtown and the bus terminal. The rooms on the upper floors provided beautiful views of the surroundings.

We had a wonderful time at a beach/pool day excursion from Tecnohotel Beach. The staff was helpful and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The lunch was delicious and there were plenty of refreshing drinks available. The beach and pool area were enjoyable, and we even had the opportunity to interact with friendly locals. I highly recommend this experience.
